She came to our home the day following our arrival & we signed our contract. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of contract, pointing out details & making sure we understood. She explained everything we needed to have available. Everyday till the house was placed on the internet (4 days) she followed up with copies of signed contract, taking pictures on separate days to get best lighting & include everything. She was a fountain of information on details that needed to be done, sights to see, best places to eat, & what was fun. Pam has only our highest regard. We inherited an extremely beautiful, but unique piece of property that had been neglected for many years and had issues with strings attached. Since we were not local to the area, we had several phone conversations with other realtors, but our initial contact with Pam (via a phone interview) gave us the feeling that she was on board, regardless of what issues we were faced with and the amount of work that needed to be done before we could list the property. We felt confident that Pam was the one who could help us and would make our property her priority. From day one she was in constant communication with my mother and myself (out of state daughter)! She properly handled communication that met each one of our needs. Email and texts for me and phone calls to my mother. During the transaction, there were anticipated and unanticipated issues that were all managed stealthy. We must mention she spared no expense on advertising. My mother's house was a semi-dated, manufactured home and Pam still had professional photographs taken and fully marketed the house as if it was a high end home.
