We inherited an extremely beautiful, but unique piece of property that had been neglected for many years and had issues with strings attached. Since we were not local to the area, we had several phone conversations with other realtors, but our initial contact with Pam (via a phone interview) gave us the feeling that she was on board, regardless of what issues we were faced with and the amount of work that needed to be done before we could list the property. We felt confident that Pam was the one who could help us and would make our property her priority. We hired Pam to assist us with getting the property in a condition that would be attractive and saleable to a potential buyer, and we relied on her to provide us with recommendations on what needed to be done prior to listing. She made numerous trips to the property to assist us, prior to it being listed, and was willing to “go the extra mile” for us to assist. She went above and beyond what is generally asked of a Realtor and she gave us some extremely good recommendations and ideas on what additional improvements could be made to turn the property into a beautiful “haven” that a potential buyer could see as “their future home”. Pam never gave up or lost hope that she could sell our property, even with the hurdles we were faced with.
Pam was always very honest, never gave us “false hope” and stuck with us through several months of hard work and labor until we were able to get the strings removed and the property listed. She did a fabulous job on the listing and the drone footage to get the property on the market. Once listed, Pam was able to creatively reach out to other realtors and potential buyers to generate interest. Even after an offer was accepted, Pam continued to jump through hoops to see to it that the Closing happened under the desired timeframe. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone as a personable realtor who not only shows that she cares about what she does, but she always gave us the feeling that she had her whole heart into getting our property sold and was there for us.
